The problem

Your agents are smart. They just don't know your business.

Every chat starts from zero

You paste the same positioning, pricing and rules into each new conversation, and each agent remembers a slightly different version.

Context lives in files only one agent can see

Plans and instructions sit on one laptop or in one tool. Switch agents, or move to a cloud agent, and the knowledge stays behind.

Agents invent what they don't know

Without the real facts, an agent fills the gaps: a feature you don't have, a price you never set, a tone that isn't yours.

What people keep in LotsNotes

One source of truth for everything your agents need to know.

Write it once in plain notes. Every agent you connect reads the same current version.

Marketing that stays on message

Keep positioning, audience, voice, objections and pricing in one folder. Every content agent writes from the same facts.

Agent playbooks that any agent can pick up

Give each agent a folder with its AGENTS.md, plan, ideas and log. Hand the work to a different agent, local or cloud, and it continues where the last one stopped.

One folder per client or brand

Agencies and operators keep each client separate. The agent opens the right folder and never mixes two brands.

How it works

Maintain once. Every agent stays current.

01

Write it once

Create a workspace and add notes: what you sell, who it is for, how you sound, what the rules are. Text or checklists.

02

Organize with folders

Workspace notes apply everywhere. Add a folder per product, client or agent, and folders inside folders when you need them.

03

Connect every agent

Add the MCP URL, or give a cloud agent the API docs and a key. Agents find notes by title, read only what they need, and update them.

How your knowledge is organized

Workspace

Workspace notes every folder and every agent sees: who you are, what you sell, house rules, your AGENTS.md.

Shared notes

Your team and connected agents read and update them, within their roles.

Private notes

Only you, only on lotsnotes.com. Never sent to agents, the API or the Mac app.

Connect your agent

Two minutes, whichever agent you use.

Agents with MCP

Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor and more. Add the URL as a connector and sign in.

Cloud agents and your own code

Give the agent the API docs, then paste a key you create in the API dashboard. It reads and writes notes from its own computer.

Questions before you start

What is LotsNotes?

A shared knowledge base for your business that your team and your AI agents read from. Keep workspace-wide notes for everything that applies everywhere, and folders (inside folders, too) for products, clients, brands or agents.

How do I connect my AI agent?

Agents with MCP (Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor): add https://api.lotsnotes.com/mcp as a remote connector and sign in with your Lots account. Cloud agents and your own code: give the agent https://api.lotsnotes.com/docs.md, then paste an API key you create at https://api.lotsnotes.com/dashboard. Either way it can list your folders, find notes by title, and read or update shared notes.

Can I switch agents without losing context?

Yes. The context lives in LotsNotes, not in one agent or one computer. Connect a new agent and it reads the same notes, plans and rules the last one used.

Can agents see my private notes?

No. Private notes are visible only to you in LotsNotes and are never returned through MCP or the API. Shared notes follow your workspace roles.

What does Free include?

One workspace, three folders, unlimited notes and checklists, and MCP and API access, for one person.

What does LotsNotes Pro add?

Unlimited workspaces, folders and team members with roles, for $99 once. Pro is included while you have a Pro or Business plan on LotsSocial, LotsBlog, LotsTeam or LotsCRM.

Who can edit shared notes?

Owners, admins and members can edit shared notes in the folders they can access. Viewers can read. Owners and admins manage members and folders.

Stop re-explaining your business.

Write it once. Every agent you use reads it.
