Use case
Brand voice for AI that every agent follows
Brand voice for AI in LotsNotes means writing your voice, positioning, audience and words to avoid once, in shared notes, so every content agent writes from the same facts. Agents read the notes over MCP from the AI agent you already use, and you edit them in the dashboard when the voice changes.
How it works
- 1
Create a Marketing folder (or one folder per brand) with notes such as Positioning, Voice, Audience and Words we never use.
- 2
Add a workspace note titled AGENTS.md that tells agents to read the Marketing folder before they write.
- 3
Connect Claude, ChatGPT or your content agent to LotsNotes. It finds the notes by title and reads only what the task needs.
- 4
When the voice changes, edit the note once in the dashboard. Every agent reads the new version next time.
Agencies and several brands
- One folder per client or brand keeps each voice separate, so the agent opens the right folder and never mixes two brands.
- Folders can sit inside folders, for a brand with several products.
- Teammates read the same notes in the app that agents read over MCP (team members need Pro).
Ask your agent
“Read the Voice and Positioning notes in the Acme folder, then write three LinkedIn posts for this week.”
“Check this draft against our Words we never use note and fix it.”
“Add "no exclamation marks" to the Voice note and send me the link.”

Questions
Does LotsNotes write the content?
No. LotsNotes stores and serves your context; your own agent does the writing, reading the voice and positioning notes first.
Which agents can read the voice notes?
Any MCP client, such as Claude, ChatGPT, Codex and Cursor, through sign-in, and any agent or script that can call the REST API with a key.
Can I keep a draft voice private?
Yes. Private notes stay on lotsnotes.com and are never returned to agents or the API. Share the note when it is ready.
What does it cost?
Free for one person: 1 workspace, 3 folders and unlimited notes. LotsNotes Pro is one payment of $99 for unlimited workspaces, folders and team members.
