LotsNotes for Claude gives Claude your business context: positioning, customers, pricing answers and rules, written once in LotsNotes. Claude reads and updates the shared notes over MCP from the AI agent you already use, and you write and organize them in the dashboard. Every other agent you connect reads the same current version.
Connect Claude (claude.ai and the desktop app)
Works on every Claude plan. Free plans can add one custom connector.

In Claude, open Customize, then Connectors. Select + Add, then Add custom connector.

Name it LotsNotes, paste the server URL and select Add.

In a chat, open the + menu, choose Connectors and switch LotsNotes on.
Claude Team and Enterprise

An owner adds the connector once under Organization settings, then Connectors: Add, Custom, Web, with the server URL.

Each member opens Customize, then Connectors, finds LotsNotes and selects Connect to sign in with their own account.

Questions
Why not use a Claude Project instead?
A Claude Project only reaches Claude. LotsNotes is one source that Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor and cloud agents all read, and your team edits it on lotsnotes.com.
Do I need an API key to connect Claude?
No. Claude connects to https://api.lotsnotes.com/mcp and you sign in with your Lots account. API keys are only for cloud agents and your own code that use the REST API.
Can Claude read my private notes?
No. Private notes stay on lotsnotes.com and are never returned through MCP or the API. Shared notes follow your workspace roles.
Can Claude change my notes?
Yes, shared notes in folders your role can edit. Every save is kept in version history, so you can restore an earlier version, and each note the agent reads or saves comes back with its lotsnotes.com link for you to review.
